Preparing for Change in Your Clinic

Keeping up the improvement momentum! In this workshop, PCN and practice improvement teams will be invited to brainstorm ideas on how they wish to share the improvements that are most relevant and important to their business priorities. Time will be set aside during the workshop for teams to begin creating a Spread and Leadership plan that will outline how changes are shared with all affected groups including the home team, patients, providers and/or other clinics.

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Learn and plan how you will sustain the gains that you worked so hard to attain
  • Understand what contributes to spreading improvements beyond your improvement team
  • Apply your knowledge to plan and implement a spread strategy with your leadership team
