The team at AIM Alberta is excited to announce the launch of its new website,, which will make it easier for healthcare teams to learn about what they do.

Tony Mottershead, Manager of AIM Alberta, said the new website is easy to navigate and features detailed information on a variety of AIM workshops, courses and collaboratives.

“AIM Alberta is a program designed to enable healthcare teams to achieve their potential by providing the tools to identify roadblocks to success and co-create solutions to enhance patient access, efficiency and clinical care,” said Mottershead, adding that the new website will help provide those tools. “We know that our PCN partners and their clinics are committed to the concept of the Patient’s Medical Home, and we’re aligning our program offerings with those elements.”

Based on the evolving needs identified by partners in primary and specialty care, AIM will continue to develop its offerings accordingly.

The new website also has a variety of self-serve resources and links that will be useful to healthcare teams. AIM will also be re-launching its newsletter and is encouraging your ideas on what types of information would be helpful.

“We’re committed to Building Your Medical Home Together,” said Mottershead. “We look forward to working with all our partners to ensure practice teams in primary or specialty care are able to provide the highest quality care, and their patients have timely access to the care they need, when they need it.”
