Welcome to the Online Measurement Tool (OMT) Transition page! Here we will hold resources for you to ensure you retain all the data that you or your clinic has entered into the OMT, prior to its termination on November 14, 2020. We are also supporting this transition with our AIM Spreadsheet Tools which can do all the things the OMT did, and more. There are video tutorials as well as instructions that can be followed step by step. You can continue to record your data in the AIM Data Tracker that tracks multiple measures to stay informed on how your practice is performing and discover other ways to improve access with documents in our Resource Library.

FAQ

1. What happens if we do not save our data from the OMT before Nov 14, 2020?

Unfortunately due to information privacy regulations the AIM team is unable to download clinic data in order to have backups beyond November 14th, unless the required consent is given by clinic physicians. However if you are struggling to download the data yourself or if the person who has access to the OMT isn’t available until after that date, we are available and willing to help with whatever your clinic needs.

2. The person responsible for managing our OMT data is away, or we’re not sure who has access on our team?

We can create a new account for anyone who needs access to their clinic’s data. Please just let us know and we can assist to ensure your clinic has all their data before Nov 14, 2020.
